Mandala of the 16 challenges

At ELITI the content is designed with great care to give you autonomy throughout your journey. That way, no one needs to feel lost, and everyone knows exactly what we expect from our students. Each person completes the challenges at their own pace while getting support from educators and peers. Start with the GitHub Account challenge, worth 1 point.

Inner, Systemic, Integral and Prosperous education

Eliti's learning methodology is the result of a long research and experience process, made up of 4 pillars that together form what we call Elementary Pedagogy.

Inner

Education

Inner Education is related to the development of one's Inner Life. It focuses on providing tools to support the healthy management of one's own psychological center, fostering maturity, self-knowledge and balance.

Systemic

Education

As educators, we serve the parents who gave life to our students. We work to bring awareness to this love, enabling children, regardless of age, to gain the strength to sustain their own lives.

Integral

Education

Being integral means caring for the human being in all their complexity, including the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects related to the four elements of nature: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.

Most schools prepare their students to get a job; ELITI prepares its students to build a business and create jobs. Getting a job is only the first step. Prospering is the goal.

Turbocharging children's careers through their parents

Systemic Education recognizes that children carry what their parents were unable to resolve. When parents become aware of the entanglements within their lineage and occupy their place with dignity, they set their children free to live their own lives, and the entire family system breathes again.

This program is especially designed for them, those who gave life and root hardest for their children's success. It's with them that we discuss the more advanced topics that underpin our pedagogy.

..

Target audience

Fathers and mothers who wish to understand their role within the family system and offer their children a love that liberates rather than binds.

Criteria to participate

Fathers and mothers willing to look at their own lineage with honesty and humility, acknowledging the excluded, honoring those who came before, and claiming their rightful place within the system.

The advanced course for outlier young people

ELITI's most demanding program, where we combine advanced topics in computer science, English, leadership, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship in an intense and powerful way.

Students receive support with transportation, food, therapy, medical care and whatever else they need to study with quality, and the course only ends when they are hired to work in the technology field.

All of our content, fully remote

Our online knowledge management system, the LMS, has evolved so much that we decided to open it up to people around the world, also for free. Now, all you need is internet access to start your studies at ELITI, doing everything 100% remotely.

ELITI EAD is the missing opportunity to give the world access to all of our content. It doesn't include support like transportation and food found in other ELITI programs, but it guarantees that our knowledge spreads freely, reaching far more people.

..
..
..
..

Target audience

Anyone interested in our content who wants to study over the internet.

Criteria to participate

To participate, just join our LMS and start your studies. You're considered an ELITI EAD student once you complete the first two challenges.

Education for children from underserved communities

The experience of actively seeking out young people over 16 in underserved communities to study was frustrating, and we came to understand that, after a long attempt, it's too late to start our work with them.

If we truly want to help, we need to look with care and dedication at children, because that's where real hope lives.

Our students heroes

Much more than students, whoever makes ELITI's journey is a true hero. Our greatest asset and legacy is the success of our learners as adults after facing great difficulties and overcoming the 16 challenges.

Transparent Cash Flow

ELITI is the most transparent association in Brazil. We go far beyond the mere legal obligation to publish annual reports. Here, every financial transaction appears in real time on the internet for everyone to see!

We work EXCLUSIVELY with private money, never with public funds, and our reason for existing is to be the association that delivers the most for every dollar invested. Thanks to our values and a transparent, precise Cash Flow management system, we're the worst NGO to try any kind of illicit maneuver with money.

We have nothing to hide and make a point of showing how it's possible to truly transform lives with quality education that includes transportation, food, psychological support and other assistance, even with fewer resources compared to programs that receive tons of government incentives, meaning your money and taxes.
